These Terms & Conditions apply to all enquiries, sample requests and orders placed through this website (foundkeys.co). By submitting a form or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
About FoundKeys
FoundKeys is a trading name of FH Global LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (LLP No. OC375730), with its registered office at Lavender Cottage, Church Lane, Bledington, Chipping Norton, England, OX7 6XB.
Products and pricing
Keyrings are priced at £12.50 each (plus VAT). The minimum order quantity is 30 keyrings. A setup, engraving and UK postage charge of £100 + VAT applies to every order, including reorders. UK delivery is included at all order quantities, including large volume orders. International delivery can be arranged and will be quoted separately. Lifetime retrieval is included. There is no subscription.
Samples
We offer a complimentary blank sample keyring. The sample is blank: it carries no client logo and no unique FoundKeys retrieval code. Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and remain the property of FoundKeys.
Pre-launch offer
During the applicable promotional period, qualifying orders of 30 keyrings or more will receive 50% additional keyrings at no extra charge. For example: order 30, receive 45; order 100, receive 150; order 500, receive 750. Where the 50% additional quantity results in a fraction, the additional quantity will be rounded to the nearest whole keyring. Eligibility is based on a qualifying order being accepted during the applicable promotional period, not merely an enquiry. The promotion may change or be withdrawn prospectively without affecting qualifying orders already accepted.
Ordering
Submitting an order enquiry does not constitute a contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation and receive payment (or as otherwise agreed in writing). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Pre-launch orders are expected to be fulfilled from launch. Timing is subject to change.
Artwork and engraving
You are responsible for providing a high-resolution version of your logo in a suitable format. We will confirm artwork and layout with you before production begins. We are not liable for any errors in engraving where artwork has been approved by you.
Delivery
UK delivery is included in the price at all order quantities. International delivery can be arranged and will be quoted separately. Delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order and are estimates only.
Lifetime retrieval
Each keyring includes a unique code which can be used if the keys are found. When a key is reported as found, FoundKeys will contact the registered owner and pass the finder's contact details to the registered owner so they can arrange return. The registered owner's contact details are never passed to the finder. FoundKeys does not physically handle keys and cannot guarantee the return of lost keys. FoundKeys is an identity return service, not a tracking service. It does not use GPS, Bluetooth, chips, live location or any tracking technology.
Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or costs arising from lost keys, including where keys are not returned. Our liability is limited to the supply of the keyrings in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Returns and refunds
Because keyrings are custom engraved, we are unable to accept returns unless they are faulty. If a product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
